How to charge this module
You pretty much only need compatible monitors that have the Intellivue MSL port. All you need to do is check the software revision via Main Setup or on the Standby screen. (labeled SW-REV. like the software revision M-04-19) If the monitor is incompatible with the X2/MP2 the host monitor will sound the INOP tone and a message will pop up saying "MMS Unsupported" (this is a problem if you are wanting to use the X2/MP2 while it's charging) the incompatible monitor will still charge the device but will not display mesurments on the host monitor.

Extension module connected to X2 working only if X2 is connected to host monitor (or external power supply). My MX monitor is too small to display too many parameters (few IBP, Cardiac Output) If I connected extension module to X2 and this set connected to large monitor eg. MP70, MX800 then this will be working similiar like on this movie.
